Alloy Clout Nails are a cost effective alternative to Copper Clout Nails for use in natural slating. They are available in a wide range of lengths and shank sizes to accomodate different fixing methods and slate thicknesses. Alloy Clout Nails are made specifically for the job and comply with the current BS1202 for their manufacture.
Alloy Clout Nails last much longer than Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel nails, upto 10 times longer. If you are investing in a new roof – insist on using the correct fixings to ensure that the roof does not suffer from “Nail Fatigue” and shorten the life of the whole roof.
